I read every message myself, usually the same day. If it's urgent, ring — I'm normally in the workshop.
How long does delivery take?+
Tracked 48h arrives in two to three working days. Next day (ordered before 2pm on a weekday) arrives the next working day. Everything is posted within 3 working days of ordering unless the product says otherwise.
How long does customisation take?+
Engraving and ribbon changes don't add time. Fully bespoke hampers usually take 7–10 working days from when we agree the brief — more in December.
Where do you deliver?+
Anywhere in the UK, including the Highlands and Northern Ireland (these can take a day or two longer). Local hand-delivery is available within 10 miles of Harrogate on Fridays.
Can you work around allergies?+
Yes — tell me in the gift note or must-include field and I'll swap anything that needs swapping before it's wrapped.
Will prices show in the parcel?+
Never, unless you ask for an invoice. Tick "it's a gift" at checkout and the parcel goes out with just your note.
Can you post straight to the recipient?+
Yes — just add their address as the delivery address and yours as the billing contact.
What if something arrives damaged?+
Send me a photo and I'll remake or refund it, no questions asked.
